Coming from eBay? Pull every active listing in one report.

Use eBay Seller Hub Reports to export every active listing as a CSV, then upload it here.

    Open eBay Seller Hub

    Sign in to your seller account and open Seller Hub.

    Go to Reports → Downloads

    In Seller Hub, click Reports, then choose Downloads on the left side.

    Download an Active Listings report

    Click Download report, set Report source to Listings, set Report type to All active listings, then click Download. The CSV includes quantity and pricing info. (The older "select listings → Edit → Export to File" path still works but caps at 500 listings at a time, so Reports is better for big inventories.)
